PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DEPT

Susan Trogdon is the head Residential Property Manager and Commercial Property Manager. She has been with the management team since 1984. Her extension number is 225.

Bob Bundy is a head Community Manager, Commercial Property Manager and Realtor (R) and has been employed on a full time basis since May, 1999. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. He can be reached at extension 224.

Mark Douglas is a Community Manager and Realtor (R). He can be reached at extension 223.

Ken Davidson is a Community Manager and Realtor (R). He can be reached at extension 232.

Sarah P. Davis has been with the company since 1990. She is in our front office and is responsible for applications and remittances. Her extension is 221.

Cindy Monday is at the Front Desk and takes applications and rent payments. Her extension is 226.

MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

The Maintenance Department consists of supervisor Dave P. and his assistant Tim Romer.

APPRAISAL DEPARTMENT

Robert J. Bundy is the President of Bundy Appraisal and Management, Inc. and is the senior appraiser in charge of the Appraisal Department. He also manages several of the property owner associations. Robert began his appraising career in 1970 and has his CREA, CRP and GAA designations. His telephone extension is 227.

George B. Post has been an appraiser with the company since 1992. George is a Harvard graduate and holds his CR designation. His telephone extension is 230.

SALES DEPARTMENT
